Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any items purchased.

 

Exchanges & Credit

We are happy to offer exchanges or credit notes under the following conditions:

 

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

 

Items must be free from makeup, stains, marks, or any signs of wear.

 

Requests should be made within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order (we recommend within 14 days).

 

Manufacturing Faults

If your item has a genuine manufacturing defect, you are eligible for:

 

An exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability), or

 

A credit note for the value of the item

 

Please note:

 

Manufacturing faults do not include logos or prints coming off, or issues caused by normal wear and tear.

 

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, where applicable, photos of the fault so we can assist you promptly.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

 

Used or worn items

 

Items with makeup, stains, marks, or odors

 

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

 

Return Process

To request an exchange or credit note, please contact our customer service team with your order details: info@rlsclothing.com

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

If items are sent back marked, we will send them back to you without replacing them

 

Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
